Who is Generation 6 Marketing?
Generation 6 Marketing is a full-service advertising agency working exclusively with companies in the beef industry. We offer a wide range of growing services to our clients, including strategy, brand and logo design, website development, digital marketing, and marketing campaigns utilizing print and digital mediums. What You’ll Do
The core focus of this role is creative strategy and account management. You will serve as the main point of contact between our creative team, and the client and act as our CEO’s right-hand person. The ideal candidate will intuitively grasp the client's goals, bring your own strategic expertise to the table, and effectively communicate with our creative team to bring it all together.
You are a self-starter, a natural problem solver and have agency experience in brand design, print and website design. You pay high attention to detail with the ability to produce quick turnaround times. We are a small design agency, so you must be a team player and able to wear multiple hats, as no two days are the same!
The Project Manager will manage client communication, and project timelines and assist the design team by organizing client materials. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Position Responsibilities
Provide an excellent client experience by managing communication channels such as email and phone
Prepare and lead client kickoffs, meetings and check-ins
Build and lead meaningful relationships with our team and clients
Coordinate the deliverables based on client’s scope to ensure projects are high quality, on time, within budget and to the absolute delight of the client
Coordinating internal resources and client requests for flawless execution of projects
Organizing team member availability to ensure project deadlines are met
This role is HIGHLY focused on intuitive design. An understanding of marketing principles and strategies is required to support the design team and client to produce effective marketing materials. Knowledge of creative processes, design trends, best practices and techniques is strongly encouraged.
Beginning to end project management (Branding, Copywriting, Print Design, Web Design, etc.), and manage multiple projects at a time.
Reviewing proofs and providing guidance to designers on projects (i.e. sale catalogs, print advertising materials, websites, digital marketing projects, etc.)
Organizing and maintaining client files
Processing photos for client projects; Photoshop experience is encouraged
Preparing client sale catalog data from breed associations into Excel spreadsheets
Knowledge and understanding of cattle EPDs and sale catalog data is required
Experience working with ClickUp, Dubsado, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite and understanding the core principles of how each program should be used, i.e. InDesign for print layout, Photoshop for photo editing, and Illustrator for logo design/vector graphics

Requirements
Work availability from 9:00-4:00 PM CST. Client and team communication is required during business hours
Knowledge and understanding of agriculture and the beef industry
Knowledge and understanding of cattle EPDs and sale catalog data
A thorough understanding of brand strategy and visual design
Extremely outgoing and self-sufficient. Able to creatively solve problems both internally and for our clients.
An understanding of marketing principles and strategies to support the design team and client in producing effective marketing materials
Experience with ClickUp, Dubsado, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Adobe Creative Suite or similar programs
