You’ll begin by filling out an in-depth questionnaire so we can get to know you, your brand, and your goals for the website. At this stage, you’ll also provide your brand assets and photos that will be featured on the site.
2. Strategy
We develop a clear brand strategy by identifying your audience, refining your messaging, and establishing a consistent visual direction. This foundation ensures your website is built to move your business forward with clarity and purpose.
3. Kickoff Call
Next, we’ll schedule a call to walk you through the proposal, answer questions, and help you set up your Squarespace account (or other website platform) so everything is ready to go.
4. Design & Build
This is where the work begins! Design, development, and words that work. We pair eye-catching visuals with clear, compelling copy so your site not only looks great but also tells your story and moves your audience to act.
5. Feedback & Refinement
You’ll review the draft and share your feedback. We then implement revisions within two weeks to ensure your site looks and functions exactly the way you envision.
6. Launch & Training
Once everything is finalized, we take your site live! We’ll also provide training so you feel confident making updates and edits, keeping your website fresh long into the future.

A domain is your website’s address. If you don’t have one yet, we can help you purchase and set up a new domain. If you already own a domain, we can transfer it or point it to your new website so everything stays under your business name.

Your website is built on a platform called Squarespace, which will host and create regular backups of your website. The hosting of your site is the fee you pay to Squarespace on a monthly or annual basis, whichever you prefer.

Yes, we offer website maintenance plans. We build our websites to empower our customers to make the updates they feel comfortable making, however, we're happy to help with your updates at any time, whether they're on an hourly basis or within a website maintenance package. If you're interested in a website maintenance plan, you'll be able to secure a plan at the completion of your project.

All Squarespace websites have built-in analytics you can view at any time through your website log-in. We can also connect your website to Google Analytics if you're familiar with using that platform.

Yes, payment plans are available upon request. We require a 50% deposit to get started on your project, which can then be broken out into a payment plan. However, the total amount must be paid before the website is published live.
